A Georgia Wild Ale, Atlanta called it "Snowpocalypse", we called it "the perfect day for open fermentation". As the city froze in December of 2013, we opened a fermenter to the cold, crisp air... and were rewarded with our own wild-caught yeast strain. Meet Inceptus [Latin for "beginning"], a spontaneously fermented wild ale of remarkable complexity. Imbued with our own wild Georgia yeast strain and matured for months in North Georgia wine barrels, this American sour will make you pucker with delight.

Traditional cider boasting big red apple taste.
*** HELLCAT/IRON MAIDEN-($6.66/ ABV6%)*** BrewDog and Iron Maiden unite to launch Hellcat—a feisty 6% ABV India Pale Lager where hops and malts collide. Hellcat rages with a citrus-forward flavor with a no less aggressive malty backbone. The result is a hazy-gold IPL with an epically complex balance. As with all BrewDog beers, Hellcat is carbon negative and BrewDog removes double the CO2 it takes to make.

Saporous (def.: capable of exciting the sensation of taste) is a passion fruit and guava lactose sour ale. This new entry from our sour asylum series is bursting with fruit flavor and true to the definition of it's name.
*** Sixpoint Brewery Pineapple Resin Hazy DIPA ($9.25/ ABV 9.1%)
Take the fruity pineapple elements in RESIN and doubled down with tons of Bru-1 and Idaho 7 hops—the most evocatively pineapple-y hops around. Then refermented on pineapple purèe for good measure.
*** Bells Oberon Ale ($5.00/ ABV 5.8%)
Bell's Oberon is a wheat ale fermented with Bell's signature house ale yeast, mixing a spicy hop character with mildly fruity aromas. The addition of wheat malt lends a smooth mouthfeel, making it a classic summer beer.
